I am having hard time convincing someone attached sketch does not comply with NEac 2014 section 250.64(D)(1)(2) or (3). Attached sketch shows two service discos SRVC#1 SRVC#2 fed from one electric utility. The GEC of SRVC#1 is tap to GEC of SRVC #2 ground rods.
However their are other GEC SRVC#2 total 4 which go to bldg steel, water pie, concrete encased and ground bus bar. All those GEC should be tap from GEC #2 to ground rods not from SRVC#2 bar inside
What do you think does attach sketch comply NEC 2014 Section250.64(D)(1)?
