Multiple switch points in residential construction

Was wondering how most here handle pricing when it comes to homeowners who request a lot of multiple switch locations to control the same lights?

I’m doing an “open floor plan” two story with pretty much everything open .

Owners want just about all the lighting switched with 3 way minimum and many 4 way configurations with up to 4 switches controlling a single set of cans for instance.

22’ ceilings and limited access underneath to run between switches.

40 years ago, the EC I worked for charged $50 for an extra switch or outlet.
Today, $200?

I would certainly look into wireless switching options like Lutron Picos or even a more integrated system with a hub. That could give them app/smartphone features as well. Hopefully there is some kind of utility closet or area to install the relays for future maintenance.
