Multiple Utilities in 1 Duct Bank

I have a project that appears that it is going to have 3 different utilities in one underground duct bank. There will be 13.8kV electric, an 8" gas main and a 10" water main all in the same trench. The electric will be encased in concrete. The rest will be in flowable fill.

Where can I find clearance/ distance/ separation requirements for this scenario? What requirements are there?

Check with the utilities. E.g. where I work the POCO/Gas
company has a "Green Book" that spells all this out for
their requirements, and the water cos may have their
own requirements.
