MultiTsp ballast

[deere4120]

I bought some used metal halide lights to put in my building. I want to wire them 220v. There are several wires on the ballast. 120, 208, 220, 277. Do I wire one 120v wire to the 220 and the other to COM?? And then a green wire to the chassis??
