Multiwire branch circuits for GFCI receptacles

we are running a 3phase 4 wire plus an egc for 3 gfci receptalces .
we intend to splice in a junction box above the location of each gfci and drop down the hot, neutral, and egc for each gfci receptale.
would avoid neusance tripping
 
This will work fine. Just don't tie the neutrals on the load side for the different phases. Just keep the neutrals on the line side.
