Multiwire branch circuits

210.4 multiwire branch circuits
If my load is not sharing the same device or yoke
"2 seperate 120 volt duplex receptacles" Do I still have to use a 2 pole breaker to remove power from them.
210.4 doesn't really address this .

Peters answer is short and to the point. I like that. 210.4 actually does address this by not adressing it.

No I do not agree, this is not as simple as 'the right way up for a receptacle'.

There are many different rules for the use of multiwire branch circuits and the associated disconnecting means.
