Must group E be always Division 1? (There is not CIIDII group E?)

There is a table I've seen many time showing the NEC hazardous area locations tabulated to Class Divisions and Groups.
It shows a row with Class II Division II and group E in it. (See attached image).

NEC article 70 section 505.5 (C) (1) says, in the Class II Division I, that "In which Group E combustible dusts may be present in quantities sufficient to be hazardous in normal or abnormal operating conditions.

Would it be correct to say there is no Class II Division II group E?

I found the source of the table. I'll see if they can correct it based on some validation on this forum.

The right hand chart is misleading. Group E, if present, always leads to Class II, Division 1 as indicated,in Section 500.5(C)(3).
