Must I pull a neutral to all switches now?

I am working in a hospital, remodeling rooms etc. must I pull a neutral down to every switch now? Thank you for your help.

It's by far not one of those "yes-no" answers. It varies by Code cycle and by then details of the exceptions. You really need to check 404.2 for the correct answer.

The general rule is that you must supply a neutral unless the wiring method, such as conduit, allows for adding one if needed in the future.
