mustache clip for romex

is there a romex listed "mustache clip" for support to ceiling wires? what do you use to supposrt romex to ceiling tiles besides tie wraps

Depends on state amendmens MA has a super permissive allowance for it. I don't like the idea but it is what it is. The only option I can think for hanging off a ceiling wire with romex is a s21 zip tie
