I am not so familiar on what are the requirements when running a paralleled set for a medium voltage system (26.4kV).
Does it have the same requirements for conductor characteristics for low-voltage systems?
I will appreciate all the responses and insight about this topic, thank you.

I do not see anything in 310 that modifies the general parallel conductor rules for medium voltage.

Thank you for your response. I noticed that as well, but I want to make sure that I am not missing any additional requirements or things that need to be considered in dealing with MV cables.
 
See 311.60. (2020) There are a bunch of tables covering various duct bank configurations. It's all based on the Neher-McGrath method for de-rating for mutual heating.
