I have a medium voltage switchgear located at site, we drive ground rods around the unit. How do we calculate the grounding electrode conductor size connect from the switchgear to ground rod? switchgear has (2) 15kV feeders in and one 15kV feeder out. Thanks!

250.180 General. Where high-voltage systems are grounded, they shall comply with all applicable provisions of the preceding sections of this article and with 250.182 through 250.190, which supplement and modify the preceding sections.
Assuming this is service equipment, 250.66 applies. However, most electric utilities will use either #2 or #4 Cu. for the robust mechanical strength for their grounding conductors around medium voltage equipment.
