MV Transfer Switch help

[ATSman]

Hi All
I know short notice but I will be working on this MV ATS on Saturday
The "ATS" is (2) 4160V breakers with Russelectric relay/ motherboard hybrid logic
ATS is not transferring is the symptom
I am trying to get info: O&M manual, control drawings, etc on the breakers.

Do not have NP info but will have tomorrow.
So they are type HK made by ABB?
At first I thought they were Westinghouse DH type which look similar.

Tks for the manuals.
I am still trying to find the breaker internal wiring diagram and the pin-out
terminals of the secondary contact block.
The breaker close problem was caused by the crank interlock mechanism
not fully reset, causing the closing springs to trip free. ATS is now transferring
properly.We got that resolved along with correcting some door indicating light issues.
