MV transformer with HRG

we are currently making connections to a medium voltage transformer. the neutral point runs through a high resistance ground panel. the bonding strap in the transformer has been removed. should the neutral (drain)conductor thats built into the phase conductor also be attached to xo in the transformer or removed. see picture.Screenshot 2025-05-27 142341.png
 
The shield/drain in MV conductors is a ground and not intended for carrying any load current. With a resistance-grounded system, you should not have any line-neutral loads in the system. The only neutral is from the transformer wye point to the resistor.
