MV VFD Cable Pull Posssible?

Hello,
Can two VFD 4160V cable assemblies (overall OD of one cable assembly is 2.33-inch) be pulled into concrete duct bank with 6-inch schedule 40 PVC (6.065-inch ID) 400-feet between manholes with no bends? Per NEC 2008 Chapter 9 Table I, two conductors can be pulled in provided they do not exceed 31% for all conductor types. Performing quick percent conduit fill calculation using these dimensions I calculate a conduit fill of 29.5%. Therefore, I believe I should be able to make this pull but not sure. Can anybody share some insights on this?

Is this cable assembly shielded?
If not, then sharing a raceway for the outputs of two different VFDs can be a problem.

Not sure what you mean by cable assemblies.
Could you describe what is meant by cable assembly please?

If the raceway is PVC it won't do anything electrically. At best, it will be physical containment.
