I believe that this accurately represents the circuit as wired. Had an inspection fail today. Plugs show as correctly wired with tester. However, when the GFCI is tripped by the tester the plug shows hot ground reverse (after tripping). In addition, the dead front GFCI will continually click if the ground fault test button on the tester remains depressed. Any thoughts on the issue here? (other than SBAC should be SABC!)
