How are you coding your changes, I saw underscore, yellow, and blue? Once I understand the changes ....

Really, the only changes are moving the tables past the text. I'm requesting a Part III for the text, and Part IV for the Tables. They are resisting that aspect of the change.

If you see odd underlines, that's where I was making it obvious I had played with it. It's 2011 text for the most part.

Many of the sections you see in the PDF have additional comments leveled at Proposal 6-19 to change the language, but not the placement. This PDF is an example of the comment to change the outline itself.

Edit: I forgot to get rid of my highlighting from the tables! Doh!
