My Surveillance System is Too Complicated

A few years ago when I added security cameras I got talked into buying from Sam's Club. Now I want to download video onto flash drive and haven't been able to. The manufactorers phone # has been changed several times and can't find a # that works.

Is there a forum out there where I could ask for suggestions or advice?

:ater today I called the Sam's Club it came from for help finding how to contact the manufacturer. The sales person said they don't sell that brand anymore.

I had planned to buy a system from Security Cameras Direct, they regularly send me catalogs. And my car was equipment supplier offered to pick me one up at Sam's Club. He was trying to be helpful.

I have not bought from Sam's Club otherwise and suspect that I will continue to not buy from them.

That electronic stuff is chamging so fast. Two years and it may be out of date :)
I bought a camera that my windows media will not accept.
Perhaps thier is something you can down load.
Your right you need a GEEK forum.
I found one a while back. I think I just googled 'computer forum' or something like that.
