Who developed the drawing? Did it come from a manufacturer? There is no "official" symbol for a terminal or node and you sometimes see manufacturers stray away from what is common, especially in other countries. My best guess is that it represents a connection point, where a wire or device can be terminated or removed as required.
Red triangle?
Or simply a 100A 3-pole circuit breaker. It's about like the symbol we would have used for that.Looks to me like it just indicates terminals on a 3 pole breaker.
