Can I bond neutral and ground on the gateway after transformer, the transformer is coming from main switch board where neutral and ground is bonded? Thank you!

You're still trying to move forward with this design? I guess I see why now.

Anyway as augie said the answer is yes, you can. In that case the NEC also requires you to bring the grounding electrode conductor for the separately derived system to the gateway.

You also have the option to bond and ground the neutral in the transformer. But not both. I'm positive the Gateway is allowed to be used either way.
