Coming from the same box and in different recessed fixtures. Can be defective bulbs? Same pattern on the burned area. Lady removed one of the burned ones and a flash enough bright scared her as she was closed to the bulb. An electrician installed those for her 2 years ago and mentioned her 9 years warranty for the bulbs.
I don't see any problems with the fixtures but I think those bulbs are overheating in those enclosures or bulbs defective.
