Can a Natural Gas Pipe run through a main electrical room? This natural gas pipe is not associated with any equipment in the Main Electrical Room and is just passing through. It does not pass over any electrical equipment, it runs straight through the middle of the room. Therefore, it complies with the requirements in NEC 110.26(E). Is there anywhere else in the code(s) this could be considered a violation in NEC or any other NFPA codes?
