Anyone have any tips for the Nebraska journeyman exam? I’ve heard it is difficult. Any help would be appreciated. I recently took my first test right out of school for SD journeyman and passed with a 92%.

I believe NE is reciprocal with SD. If you passed SD, you're good to go.

Yes that is correct but you have to wait a year. My current employer is wanting me to go ahead and test for Nebraska as well. Why I don’t know because if I fail the Nebraska test my license will not reciprocate. I would have to actually pass the state test

Then if you have a license in hand and meet all the other stipulations NE has you should get a reciprocal license.

Yes I understand this. You have to wait a year to reciprocate which would be next year. My employer is wanting me to test now instead of wait 9 more months. For what reason I don’t know
