If there are low voltage and medium voltage panelboards in an electrical room, do the low and medium voltage panelboards need to be separated by a partition per 110.34?

Would the components inside a medium voltage panelboard even be considered exposed live parts?

Is the panelboard itself considered protection for live parts?

If the medium voltage panelboard is completely enclosed, then in my opinion, you don't have any exposed live parts, and you don't need the partitions.
