A "Delta Breaker" is a dinosaur as in extinct.
They were a typical three pole frame, but with only two bus attachments and one feed thru pole.
This meant four lugs, three on the load end and one on the other.
These would allow a three phase load to be seved thru a single phase panel. The high leg would simply feed in one end and out the other while the other two legs were fed thru the bus stabs.
