Current Indiana Electrical Code 675 IAC 17
Current Indiana Residential Code 675 IAC 14

Adoption of the 2008 NEC (675 IAC 17) by the 2009 Indiana Electrical Code for most purposes will occur August 26, 2009. I don't see the removal of one/two family dwellings as mentioned in the NEMA code alert http://www.nema.org/stds/fieldreps/codealerts/20090605in.cfm but section 210.12(B) is deleted in its entirety.

Have not seen the proposed amendments. It seems funny there is no posting until after adopted. Any big concerns to be aware of with the State Amendments. Seems they alway mess something up. What is it in this adoption cycle?

Use the second website I posted. On the left side are various ways to search Indiana code. Most of the way down there is one listed for searching LSA documents. Enter 09 in the first box and 140 in the second. You'll get the proposal.

I am formally from Indiana ( just 4 years ago ) Looks like 210.12(B) has been deleted without substitution.
