NEC 2014 225.31 and 225.32: Disconnect means for residential

Hello All,
There are two residential buildings on one parcel. A building in this context comprises of 2-3 units. The main 400A service panel 'MDB' with meter sections and feeder breakers outside of one building. From there one feeder goes to the other building less than 50ft away. The sub panel in the building being fed has a main breaker.
Question: Is a disconnect switch required outside of the building being fed. I don't think so because the feeder breaker at the main service acts like a disconnect means and it's within sight of the building being fed.

Is the sub panel with the main breaker in the second building located nearest the point of entrance of the feeder conductors?

No, it's somewhere in one of the units. But if one stands where the feeder enters the second building from outside, he can see the feeder breaker at the main distribution board and it's less than 50ft away.

That does not comply with the code rules. You need the second building on the outside of the building, or inside nearest the point of entrance of the feeder conductors. There is no "within sight" in the building disconnect rule.
