NEC 2014 section 422.31 lets say I have appliance. Following questions:
1. If the appliance has motor less than 1/8 hp and the engineer still wants to provide local disconnect then is that not code compliance?
2. If the appliance is less than 300va and no motor and the engineer still wants to provide local disconnect then is that not code compliance?
