210.4(C) Ex.1 of NEC 2017 allows for a MWBC for only one utilization equipment. Does that mean it can be used in addition to feeding 120V outlets?
Or is this just allowing 2-pole breakers to feed 4-wire range outlets?

The general rule is that the multiwire circuit is only permitted to supply line to neutral loads. The exception permits equipment, such as the stove you mentioned, that has both line to line and line to neutral loads to be supplied by a multiwire circuit as long as that circuit only supplies that one piece of equipment.
