In the 2023 NEC edition, Part IX. Overcurrent Protection over 1000V, Nominal section of previous editions was moved and reassigned to different articles (mostly article 235). However, I did not see any code similar to 240.101(A) Rating or Setting of Overcurrent Protective Devices. Does the code below still apply in the 2023 and if so, where could I find it:
-the continuous ampere rating of a fuse shall not exceed 3x the ampacity of the conductors
-the long term trip element setting of a breaker or the minimum trip setting of an electronically actuated fuse shall not exceed 6x the ampacity of the conductors
-the continuous ampere rating of a fuse shall not exceed 3x the ampacity of the conductors
-the long term trip element setting of a breaker or the minimum trip setting of an electronically actuated fuse shall not exceed 6x the ampacity of the conductors
