NEC 208(F)

Hi, I have been working on a project in a dwelling unit that has two condenser units of 60 amperes / 240V, and 1 electrical vehicle charger of 60 amperes - 240V-1PH located outside.

I'm a little bit confused with the NEC article 208(F).

150V and 50A?
150V or 50A?

For for the circuit to require GFCI it would need to be rated 150v or less to ground and be sized 50 amps or less.
Note the NEC exempts this requirement for HVAC equipment until Sept 2026 (see exceptions)

Well, the 150v-to-ground covers everything residential, so the 50a is what matters.

The answer to your question is 'both'. Exceeding either alleviates the requirement.
