NEC 220.86 Optional Calc fo Schools - College Campus Building Load Calc

Hi All,

We are on a project for a university campus that is expanding and adding a new building for teaching/multi-use/library for their art dept.

I wanted to know if the optional calc could apply for this as I did the calculation and it is significantly lower than the load calc based on Part III.
