What do you guys think about trying to apply 220.86 to a school building served by two services? My read is that one service is to feed "all" the loads in the building. To complicate matters one service feeds two large chillers and the 700 loads for the entire building. So it is not like the building can be perfectly split by the square footage served by each service. Thank you.
