Greetings fellow keepers of the spark,
My question is in regards to the one or more additional disconnecting means mentioned in this part of the code,

"Shall be installed sufficiently remote from the one to six disconnecting means"

What does "sufficiently remote" constitute? Is there a distance in feet related to that?
or are we talking out of reach of each other, out of sight from each other?

Please advise.

I think the rule is intentionally vague, as evidenced by the absence of a minimum distance. The intent is to prevent a person from turning off the wrong thing. So as long as it is easy to discern which is which, I can't see any AHJ objecting to an installation on the basis of the two groups being too close.
