NEC 230.70 (A) Service Equipment disconnecting means

I have one utility electric condcutors to trough from which four feeders go to four meters. Two of the four meyers are for futire use.

The other two of the four meters go to two panelboards inside building. The panelboards have main breaker. There is no disconnecting means outside two meters.

Would this be complaint with nec 230.70 (A)?

Depends on how the conductors got to the panelboards.

Sounds like it complies with 230.70(A)(1).
