Nec 230.70

From utility transformer on the street, we run underground service entrance conduits to the building, then concreted encased 2" all these conduits up to 3rd floor where they land on main switchboard (the main electrical room for the building is on 3rd floor). Will this comply with NEC 230.70 and 230.6 rules? Thanks!

I don't see a problem with this install as far as NEC 230 sections are concerned.

I would suggest moving the transformer off of the street though:grin:
