NEC 334 says not permitted to use NM in wet or damp locations . If i use NM in PVC or car flex nonmetalic flex outside to a A/C condenser is that allowable under the NEC?

Nope. The inside of the raceway is considered a wet location and a conductor rated for wet locations is required.

It's done all the time, but no its technically not allowed. You could run NM suitable for underground burial inside of the flex. Or you could use THWN, etc.

Check out 300.9 for raceways in wet locations above ground and 300.5(B) for raceways underground.

It's not done around here any more. NC has been on this for at least 3 years now.
