NEC 392.80(B) - Solid Bottom Cable Tray for Cables 2001 Volts or Over

Does solid bottom cable tray with no cover effect the ampacity of Type MV and Type MC Cables (2001 Volts or Over) in Cable Trays? Solid bottom cable tray is not listed in NEC 392.80(B).

Any input would be appreciated.

Not my forte however it seems like 392.80 does not mention solid cable tray or ventilated trays. It does talk about ventilated covers vs solid covers so I would just go with no cover scenario.
