What does compliance with the last part of NEC 408.3(C) require? Does a bonding jumper need to be daisy chained between the ground bus of each switchboard section?

Doesn't each section have a piece of factory supplied bus to connect the EGC bus together from section to section?

Yes, there is. That’s exactly what is prompting my question. It seems like the code is requiring a redundant connection? I’ve never done or seen anyone do this before.

No a redundant connection is not required. The factory supplied bus jumper is a bonding jumper.
