NEC 610.14(A) cranes and hoists feeder size

I’m still a little confused with 610.14(A).
Let say I have one large motor, 460V crane motor 3 ph at 125FLA.
And 4 smaller 460 V 3ph motors - 2 @ 11FLA and 2 @ .5 A
And one 480V, 3 ph 45kVA Transformer at 54A
Along with a few miscellaneous loads such as CPTS etc of around 20A
The total is about 222A
All motors are non-continuous, short time duty If I size the fuses at 250A can I run #3/0 cable using the 75 degree column (280 A) of 610.14(A) from disconnect switch to the hot rails?

The motor loads are short time non continuous but other loads, such as control panels should be considered continuous.
So, you can’t just replace 310.16 with 610.14(A). It’s a mixture thereof which makes it problematic to size the feeder from the OCPD.
