I have incoming service conductor underground coming up in 2 hour rated fire pump room into CT cabinet. Inside CT cabinet have service point, utility service conductor terminate and have customer conductors from CT cabinet to trough which then feeds fire pump controller. The customer conductor distance from CT to fire pump controller is 10 feet. No disconnect in between.
I am confused part where service point is inside the cabinet to fire pump controller about 10 feet are they covered by 695.6(A)? Do they have to be encased in 2 in concrete? How can you encase trough in concrete? They are no longer service conductors they terminate inside CT cabinet. Are they feeder?
