To meet the requirement of NEC 700.10(d)(1) when installing emergency feeder
between two electrical rooms located in the same floor or between electrical rooms
on different levels, what is the best method to install the feeder to meet this rule?

Item (3) says we can use the cable or raceway is a listed fire-resive cable system.

Informational Note No. 1: Fire-resistive cables are tested to
ANSI/UL 2196, Tests for Fire Resistive Cables.

Informational Note No. 2: The listing organization provides
information for fire-resistive cable systems on proper installation
requirements to maintain the fire rating.

Does anyone know who makes this type of cable or raceway that meet this testing requirement?
By the way, concrete encased method seems odd to me. Thank you.

Typically when such equipment is in or on a slab
700.10(D)(1)(5) Is pretty easy to meet if you can stub up some raceway before they pour the floor slab. Granted layouts can change and then your back to the other options.
