Electrical panel is powered from Main-Tie-Main switchboard via an automatic transfer switch.
This panel powers corridor egress lights and exit signs. The lights do not have battery pack.
Will the panel meet NEC 700 for emergency power? MTM is fed from (2) separate utility xfmrs.

Not ussually. It could take the generator 30 seconds to cut on. What type of building is this?
We ran our corridor egress lights off a UPS all the time. So their is never an interuption, not even one second.
Our exit lights had batteries so we do not include them on the UPS.
