What does this section allow? It sounds to me like I can run class II wire in the same raceway as power if it is installed using class I wiring methods. Does that mean so long as my conductor is insulated to the proper voltage I can run class II in the same raceway with power? Hoe did I miss this change!

It's not a new change.
You can from my understanding of it run class 1 and class 2 in the same raceway. But I also think you have to mark all class 2 sources as class one???
I never told our guys about it. We send stuff all over and it's subject to a lot of inspections so we don't push our luck by getting gigged by someone who we will never be able to make them see it's legal.
