Nec 760.1 fpn

The fine print note in the above NEC section states that circuits for the control of building safety functions such as elevator capture, elevator shut down, door release, smoke doors and damper control, and damper control and fan shutdown are powered and controlled by the fire alarm system. My question is this: Do these circuits come under article 760 or 725?

IMHO If controlled or part of Fire Alarm System than 760.

Fixed wiring methods shall be as provided in
Article 640 for audio signal processing, amplification, and
reproduction equipment, in Article 800 for communications
circuits, in Article 725 for Class 2 and Class 3 remotecontrol
and signaling circuits, and in Article 760 for fire
alarm circuits.
