NEC 760.139 seems to state that power limited fire alarm conductors may be installed in the same race way with other wiring not related to the fire alarm system, specifically: Low-Powered Network-powered Broadband communication circuits, class 3 circuits and class 2 circuits meeting the requirements of NEC 760.139(B). Am I reading this correctly? I always thought fire alarm circuits must be kept separate.

I was also surprised to learn this but I run into both fire and security conductors in the same conduits at every Lowes I have worked on.
