NEC 770.48 (A) & (B) Unlisted cable and raceway

In section 770.48, it stated thae the nonconductive cables permitted to installed in the building spaces up to 50ft. If the cable installed in the conduit, do we have a limitation as stated in the (B)?

The point of entrance is from where the cable comes out of Rigid or IMC. EMT is not listed so you go 50 ft from the EMT entrance, or perhaps you could concrete encase the EMT.

thanks. Just I am understood what you said, so when the cable penetrate from the exterior wall and where there will be a junction box installed, the cable then will be routed inside of a GRS from the JB onwards. I can go over the 50ft rule?
The cable is not flame rated
