NEC 820.33 European Equivalent spec

Does anyone know if there is a European equivalent to NEC 820.33 regarding grounding? Have not been able to locate an EN spec.

Appreciate any assistance.

820.33 Grounding of Outer Conductive Shield of a Coaxial Cable. The outer conductive shield of the coaxial cable shall be grounded at the building premises as close to the point of cable entrance or attachment as practicable.

Could be in each country's electrical code. There is not (yet) a common European electrical code, though the national codes are very similar.

Yes, that is the specific code 820.33 regarding grounding that I am trying to research. Specifically in Portugal right now, I am trying to see if their national code has a similar or identical requirement. Any help as to where I might try to research this would be appreciated. Thank you!
