NEC Adoption

Is there a list or website of which U.S. states and territories have adopted the NEC and which NEC editon they have adopted. I understand not all have adopted the 2005 edition or even the 2002.

I just looked up California and I don't see the NEC 2002 being adopted yet.

Is Mike's list current, I wouldn't expect it's updated daily.

I'm guessing California is too busy spending money to get anything done, and we'll still be on 1999 for quite a while.
