Delete the term nominal wherever it is associated with "V", "volt", or "voltage". Exception in definition of "nominal voltage" and in 110.4.
Substantiation
Voltages in this code are sometimes denoted "nominal" and sometimes not. I suspect that nearly all, if not all, voltages are "nominal voltages". It would be simpler to indicate that all voltages are nominal unless denoted "actual" and remove nominal from the text with the exception of the Article 100 definition of nominal voltage and the proposed changes to 110.4.
This submission needs to be coordinated with my "110.4 Voltages" and "NEC ALL actual" submissions.
