regarding NEC Article 820 Sections C and D:

1. on what date were they enacted?
2. when did they become effective?
3. were they retroactive?
4. how can i get that information?

Trish: Article 820 was added to the NEC in 1968.

There has been a considerable amount of changes since the original adoption.

I have every code book back to 1965.
